OUR DESIGN TEAM combines formal architectural and engineering training with 'hand's-on' field experience. Designers in the Truss and Wall Divisions coordinate with each other to ensure that roofs, floors and walls fit and plane from foundation to ridge-line. We work closely with project developers, architects and engineers to resolve plan discrepancies before they become costly construction problems.
OUR PLANT was conceived and built by carpenters looking for ways to standardize traditional framing methods and reduce wasted time, labor and material, while ensuring consistently high product quality. Many of our unique systems were conceived and built in our own machine/fabrication shop, intelligently combining traditional and new technologies. We are continually evolving our process and equipment to improve our products' already high quality and standards.
OUR PRODUCTS are simply the BEST! Our roof and floor truss design criteria exceed industry standards for deflection. Our open-web floor trusses provide convenient spaces for efficient and consistent HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing runs, reducing subcontractor costs. We use only Douglas fir lumber for our trusses and walls, never Hemlock, and the line of engineered timber we provide exceeds industry standards. Our continual production supervision and quality control IS the industry standard. By using our trusses and pre-framed walls you'll also enjoy less jobsite waste and reduced theft-loss.
